Products bought on sale, anything cut to cut size, and special orders are not returnable unless defective.

Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we are offering free home delivery services within Muscat area on orders above OMR 10. Most orders are processed within 48 hours. In case we cannot ship your order, we will contact you via email or phone number provided by you while ordering.

STORE PICKUP

Don’t want to wait for delivery? Order online and pick it up from any of our 14 outlets across Oman. You will receive an email once your order is ready to collect. Pick up hours are according to Retail store timing.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly send an email to info@zuraiqgroup.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
